We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Night Care Assistants. As a Night Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in our residential Care Home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, feeding and medication management.
Support the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring all aspects of care are met.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate any changes to relevant supervisor.
Foster a supportive and respectful environment for clients, promoting their dignity and independence.
Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning communal areas, laundry and ironing
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support for clients.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a care home or home care environment is highly desirable.
Basic IT skills to record resident information accurately (done using an APP)
QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards
Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 36 per week
Work Location: In person
