Night Health Care Assistants

Westerleigh Nursing Home in Corsica Road, Seaford, East Sussex is looking for caring, compassionate and hard working people to join our Night Care Team to provide personal care and support to up to 30 older people living a the home. Health Care Assistants work with the guidance of the Registered Nurses, and you must be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Experience preferred, but if you have the right attitude, we can support you to obtain the skills and knowledge needed for this demanding, but rewarding, role. Training is provided for all staff, as are uniforms, and breaks on duty are paid.

Currently we need HCA's to work nights, 8pm to 8am. We are rated as Good by CQC, and are a caring and supportive employer. We can offer between 24-48 hours a week and the nightshift is 8pm to 8am.

Current pay rates: 10.42 per hour weekday nights and 11.15 per hour weekend nights.
