Warberries Nursing Home are looking for enthusiastic, innovative and experienced healthcare assistants to work alongside management to provide excellent care to all of our wonderful residents. We are looking for individuals who enjoy developing a new caring culture within a service. We are a 42 bedded family run care home with Nursing, which has embarked on a new and exiting journey moving forward
We provide a variety of training, both online and face to face and are always looking for ways to improve the experience of both staff and residents alike. Mandatory training is a required expectation of this role and we will support you to achieve this in the most suitable way for you.
Successful applicants will start with a 3 month probationary period in which you will be welcomed as part of the team at The Warberries, and begin your career journey within the Healthcare sector
