Safety & Security
Safeguarding the apartments and ensuring all areas remain secure throughout the night Conducting regular building checks and reporting any issues promptly
Building Upkeep
Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of common areas Ensuring the property remains presentable and operational at all times
Guest Support
Responding to guest requests promptly and professionally Providing meet-and-greet service for late arrivals Delivering a world class guest experience aligned with Kula standards
What We're Looking For
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work nights independently and responsibly Reliable and professional attitude Right to work in the UK
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
Work Location: In person
