We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Kitchen Supervisor to oversee all culinary operations within our catering team based at Piccadilly W1A 1ER.
As a Night Kitchen Supervisor you will be responsible for managing food production, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and delivering exceptional service.
Shift Pattern:
8pm - 3am, 5 days per week including weekends
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving activities
Manage and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of performance
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimise efficiency
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, safety, and professionalism
Skills
Proven experience in kitchen management and food preparation within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong management skills with previous supervising experience in a busy kitchen environment
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members
In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in culinary operations
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
