Night Leisure Cleaner

You recognise that our members have a certain standard when it comes to their fitness experience. So you\xe2\x80\x99ll be hell-bent on making it one that keeps the smiles coming. Expect a varied night shift that includes cleanliness, hygiene, refining our awesome guest experience and taking care of the pool area, such as responding to poolside alarms.

The Role

\xe2\x97\x8f Cleaning and health & safety checks throughout the club
\xe2\x97\x8f Full security checks throughout the night, ensuring the security of the club and the safety of our members.
\xe2\x97\x8f You must have full and up to date knowledge of the NOP & EAP
\xe2\x97\x8f Use your training and full knowledge of the leisure night audit procedures and carry these out to the Company standard.
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop a detailed knowledge of the security and emergency procedures and carry these out to the Company standard.
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain operational standards to the highest possible level in respect of service, hygiene, health and safety and ensure that there is minimal wastage.
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist the Hotel Night Team should they require assistance.
\xe2\x97\x8f Attend fire training every 3 months to comply with legislation, and any other required H&S training.
\xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrate full knowledge of the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s facilities and be able to convey relevant information.
\xe2\x97\x8f Deal with complaints politely and positively making every effort to resolve there and then. If unable to resolve, pass all information to Night Manager/Leisure Club Manager.
