Job Description

As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the maintenance operations on site, under the guidance of the Engineering Manager, who will direct your daily tasks.

Your responsibilities will include providing general building maintenance, covering mechanical, electrical, and fabric tasks as part of a small, multi-disciplinary team.

The role involves working across a vast area of 2.6 million square feet, shaping perceptions of maintenance through your high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities



Multi-skilled with carpentry or plumbing experience (no formal qualifications required) Support achievement of 'Best in Class' Engineering and Fabric services Ensure engineering services meet environmental and client needs Carry out M&E and fabric repairs, ensuring safety at all times Complete minor scheduled maintenance and assist with CAFM system tasks Support asset database management and lifecycle reporting Drive continuous improvement and maintain a safe working environment

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications



Maintenance experience, preferably in FM or building services Willingness to learn on the job No formal qualifications required, experience and attitude are key
