Night Manager

What You'll Be Doing

Lead with Confidence:

Take full charge of hotel operations during night hours, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally.

Be the Go-To Leader:

Act as the primary point of contact for all night teams and guests, handling any challenges with calm assurance.

Safety First:

Oversee hotel security, manage emergency protocols, and ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.

Flawless Communication:

Deliver thorough, detailed handovers to incoming duty managers and collaborate effectively across departments.

Own the Guest Experience:

Resolve overnight issues swiftly, exceed expectations, and make guests feel genuinely cared for.

Stay Informed:

Be on top of room forecasts, local events, and all hotel offerings to assist guests knowledgeably.

Support Front Office:

Manage late bookings and reservations when needed.

What We're Looking For

Previous night management experience in a 4-star (or equivalent) hotel setting A hands-on leader who's confident, calm, and assertive Familiarity with hotel front office systems (PMS knowledge is a plus) Strong communication, team motivation, and decision-making skills Customer service that goes beyond the expected Fluent written and spoken English Smart, professional appearance and attitude
