We are recruiting on behalf of our client, Adept Care Homes, for a Night Manager to join the team at Chetwynd House - a luxury 75-bed care home offering high-quality residential and dementia care in Nottingham.

About You

We're looking for a confident and compassionate professional with a commitment to high standards of care and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have:

NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (Essential) Previous experience as a Team Leader or Deputy Manager (Essential) Own vehicle (Essential - business mileage paid) Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills A positive, caring and person-centred attitude
