We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Clinical Lead
to join our team as a Night Manager in a CAMHS service. This role offers the opportunity to provide strong clinical leadership while ensuring high-quality care for young people during night shifts.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and support the night team to deliver safe and effective care Act as a point of contact and decision-maker overnight Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Promote a positive and safe environment for service users and staff
Requirements:
Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration Previous experience in a CAMHS or similar mental health setting Strong leadership and management skills Ability to respond effectively to clinical and operational challenges
