Job Description

10 Green Bottles is an organic milk delivery service. We deliver milk from a local dairy to Swindon and surrounding villages. We deliver overnight using electric vans. We are looking for a new milk delivery driver starting as soon as possible.

Working days: 4 days per week (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Working hours: 10:30pm to 07:30am (next day)

Ideally we are looking for someone with experience as a milkman. We are only interested in applicants with experience in:

Delivery driving - the applicant must know Swindon and the surrounding villages well Working nights - the applicant must have at least 3 months experience of this
The successful applicant must be capable of completing a round of up to 230 customers within the 9 hour time frame. This requires the ability to move quickly and work efficiently. The applicant must also have good attention to detail as mistakes lead to complaints from customers. The applicant must be very good at finding addresses in the dark.

There will also be the occasional requirement for the applicant to cover night shifts in the milk processing unit. This will be simple jobs such as packing product.
