Our client based near Bath in Somerset, is preparing to welcome their second child via planned C-section on 13th November 2025.



To support the family during the early months, they are seeking a calm, experienced Night Nanny to provide overnight care and support for both the new baby and Mother.



Start date: November.

Job duties

Responsibilities of the Night Nanny near Bath, includes:


Overnight care for a newborn, including feeding support, changing, and settling Supporting mum with breastfeeding if required Promoting gentle sleep routines and newborn comfort Logging baby's overnight activity for daytime handover Ensuring a calm and restful environment in the household

Candidates must be/have:

Strong Night Nanny experience and post-C-section recovery support Knowledgeable in infant sleep and feeding routines Calm, nurturing, and highly dependable Paediatric First Aid certified Enhanced DBS check and excellent references

Accommodation

A bed will be available in the nursery, the nanny is welcome to rest when the baby sleeps.

Hours

First two months: 5 nights per week (including Friday & Saturday)



Following two months: 4 nights per week (including Friday & Saturday)



The family is also open to Night Nannies who are only available to work Friday and Saturday nights on a long-term basis, to complement their existing weekday night nanny.
