Nestled in the heart of the scenic market town of Haddington, our purpose-built care home provides exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite, and Palliative care for up to 68 residents. We pride ourselves on delivering 24/7 personalised care in a warm, high-quality environment and now we're looking for a night-shift clinical superstar to join our team.

What We Offer

21.84 per hour

1,500 welcome bonus, paid in 12 monthly instalments of 125, starting after completion of induction

Contracted to 40.25 hours per week (4 nights)

5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You'll Do at Night

As our Night Nurse, you'll lead the way in delivering safe, person-centred care during the quiet hours. You'll oversee clinical needs, administer medications, respond swiftly to changes in health, and manage emergencies with calm professionalism.


From leading handovers to coaching the care team, crafting tailored care plans, and offering a listening ear, your presence will bring reassurance and confidence to both residents and colleagues.

What We're Looking For

RGN or RMN with active NMC PIN Previous care home experience welcomed (but not essential) A genuine passion for outstanding nursing care Excellent communication, empathy, and leadership skills Calm, confident, and professional in all situations
