Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team in providing high-quality care to our residents at the award winning Burnlea House

We require a Staff Nurse who can work night shift - 1 shift week 1 and 2 shifts week 2 and who could also be flexible and support the home by picking up bank shifts to cover for holidays and illness ( our night shifts are 10 hours)

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care during night shifts in a care home setting. Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosages and timing. Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Maintain clear communication with patients and their families, addressing concerns and providing updates. Uphold hygiene and safety standards while assisting with daily living activities. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive environment for all residents.
Experience:

Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous experience in a care home setting Medication administration Involved in Care planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to guide and mange the night shift team and take responsibility for the home

Pay: 20.50-21.00 per hour
