Night Nurse Practitioner (xr06)
Job Description
The jobholder will demonstrate evidence-based care in the independent assessment, clinical examination, planning of care, clinical decision making, diagnosis, treatment, evaluation, health promotion and safe discharge of specific client group within agreed protocols. The job holder will coordinate a multidisciplinary team of staff and implement nurse led care. They will participate in mentorship and teaching programmes for multi-disciplinary groups within the department. The jobholder will provide senior nursing support, advice and professional leadership to a group clinical area.
The jobholder will take charge of the unit as required
