night shift
role, offering 36 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of clinical care, ensuring residents' safety, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred nursing care to residents during night shifts.
Administer medication and carry out clinical observations as required.
Supervise and support care staff, ensuring compliance with care plans.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and escalate where appropriate.
Maintain accurate records in line with NMC standards.
Requirements:
Current and valid NMC PIN (RGN).
Previous experience in a nursing home or similar care setting.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a night team.
