Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales guides to exceed targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing support and development.
Create a positive, high-performance sales culture.
Monitor, track and report on sales targets and report progress to senior leadership.
Use Data to inform decisions and improve performance.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of new starters.
Contribute to building a strong team in line with company values.
Collaboration Across Departments
Work closely with HR, Training, QA and all other support functions to align goals and projects.
Provide feedback from the operation to influence on going improvement.
Process Improvement & Innovation
Identify ways to improve sales and service processes and share with senior leadership.
Encourage innovation and growth within your team and the business.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of performance in Compliance and NPS scores
Represent the company in a professional and positive way during client meetings and presentations.
