Job Title: Night Owl Leader

Job Type: Contact Centre

Salary: 16.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus 500 OTE

Location: Trencherfield Mill, Wigan

Hours: 29 Hours per week

Permanent Fixed Shift:

Shift A:

Days off: Friday and Saturday.

Working: Sunday to Thursday: Sunday 11:15-20:00, Mon-Thurs 16:30-21:30

Shift B:

Days off: Sunday and Monday

Working: Tuesday to Saturday: Tues-Fri 16:30-21:30, Saturday 11:15-20:00

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales guides to exceed targets.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing support and development.

Create a positive, high-performance sales culture.

Monitor, track and report on sales targets and report progress to senior leadership.

Use Data to inform decisions and improve performance.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of new starters.

Contribute to building a strong team in line with company values.

Collaboration Across Departments

Work closely with HR, Training, QA and all other support functions to align goals and projects.

Provide feedback from the operation to influence on going improvement.

Process Improvement & Innovation

Identify ways to improve sales and service processes and share with senior leadership.

Encourage innovation and growth within your team and the business.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Ensure high levels of performance in Compliance and NPS scores

Represent the company in a professional and positive way during client meetings and presentations.

What We're Looking For

Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a sales team.

Strong management and conflict resolution skills.

Deep understanding of sales techniques and performance drivers

Skilled in setting sales targets, tracking KPI's with a high level of accountability

A strong commitment to compliance processes and delivering excellent NPS scores.

Ability to build rapport with team, stakeholders and clients at all levels.

High level of initiative and the ability to handle setbacks constructively.
