Night Order Picker / Delivery Driver (Bakery Warehouse)

Location:

Becws Mon Bakery, Gaerwen Industrial Estate, LL60 6HR

Hours:

22.5 hours per week , 3 days (24 hours per week, including a 30-minute unpaid break per shift)

Salary:

1,190.48 per month (salaried position)

Shifts:

Rotating rota

Week 1:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 8:00pm to 4:00am

Week 2:

Thursday, Friday, Saturday - 8:00pm to 4:00am
We are currently seeking

two reliable and dedicated Night Order Pickers

to join our warehouse team at our

Gaerwen bakery

. The role involves order picking, warehouse cleaning, and

driving a company van to collect bakery products from Llangefni and deliver them to Gaerwen

.

This role offers stable night work within a supportive bakery warehouse environment, with the opportunity to earn

additional overtime

when covering shifts.

Overview

The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and prepared for dispatch while supporting efficient night-time warehouse operations. This is a salaried role, ideal for individuals who enjoy physically active work and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided.

Key Duties

Accurately pick bakery orders using manual methods Prepare and pack orders securely for dispatch

Drive a company van

to collect bakery products from Llangefni and deliver them safely to Gaerwen Load and unload goods, ensuring safe and correct handling Carry out quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including labelling Clean and tidy the warehouse at the end of shifts, maintaining high hygiene and safety standards Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well organised at all times

Skills & Experience

Full, valid UK driving licence and ability to drive a van is essential

Previous warehouse, picking & packing, or materials handling experience is desirable but not essential Ability to carry out heavy lifting safely Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills Physical stamina to work night shifts, stand for long periods, and perform manual handling tasks A positive attitude and willingness to learn, as full training will be provided
