Job Description
We are currently seeking a Night Porter/Night Receptionist for our busy 4 star hotel. Part time or Full Time are available.

Serving Beverages to hotel guest
To set up the breakfast room following the instructions from reception for guest breakfast numbers.
To deal with unlocking guests rooms who have locked themselves out at night.
To conduct fire and safety walks through the building and ensure the hotel is secure and safe through the night.
To be present and visible to guests through the night to ensure guests requests are responses to promptly.
To provide room service and respond to requests from guests through the night.
To deal with guest complaints and queries in the best possible way from room moves to satisfying guests queries.
To support the front office by replying to guest messages and requests for upcoming reservations.
To assist in the smooth running of the hotel through the night.
