Job Overview

Here at The Bournbrook Inn, we are looking for a friendly and organized Night Porter to join our team. As a Night Porter, you'll be the face of the hotel throughout the night, providing a warm welcome to late-arriving guests, ensuring safety and security, and maintaining cleanliness and comfort throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs Conduct regular security checks of the premises Handle basic reception duties (answering phones, taking messages, processing payments) Set up/prepare breakfast areas and run breakfast service in the morning. Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep public areas presentable Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries and issues

About You:

Excellent customer service and communication skills Calm, dependable, and self-motivated - able to work unsupervised Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred Basic computer and reception system knowledge desirable Right to work in the UK (or relevant location)
The hours will be from 11pm-8am.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 27 - 36 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Night shift Weekend availability
