Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest services to ensure a memorable stay Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the hotel amenities Handle phone calls professionally and courteously Support the hotel management in daily operations Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly Promote a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel or hospitality roles Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Excellent customer service abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Flexibility to adapt to various tasks as needed.
