, known for our warm hospitality and high standards of service. We're currently seeking a

reliable and professional Night Porter

to join our overnight team.

This is a key front-of-house position that ensures the hotel runs smoothly and safely during night hours.

Please note: availability for this to be a live-in position.

Responsibilities

Welcome and check in late-arriving guests professionally Assist with guest enquiries, bookings, and check-outs Monitor hotel security and complete regular safety checks Set up or clean down breakfast areas or function rooms as needed Respond to guest requests for assistance during the night Ensure the reception area and public spaces are clean and tidy Prepare morning reports and handovers for day staff Assist with light housekeeping or porter duties if required

What We're Looking For

Previous hotel or night work experience preferred A calm and professional manner, especially when working alone Strong attention to detail and time management Comfortable with lone working and responsibility Ability to lift or move luggage and equipment if needed Excellent communication and basic IT skills Right to work in the UK
