Job Summary

We are recruiting for a night porter to join our expanding team at The Wild Pheasant Hotel and Spa.

The property is situated in magnificent scenery in the Vale of Llangollen, North Wales where the hotel and restaurant combine traditional charm within comfort of an original 19th-century building. The hotel offers 47 modern bedrooms including, suites, spa facilities and function room for up to 150 guests.

Skills Required

The ability to communicate both written and verbally in a professional and clear manner to colleagues and customers alike.

A positive attitude to others.

Ability to follow instructions to deliver Everbright Hotel Group set quality standards.

The ability to complete all Statuary Training on the on-line platform.

The ability to maintain set standards.

Please Note: This is a part time position working 4 on 4 off 10pm - 7.30am.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 36 per week
