About The Role

Night Practitioner (Part time 20 hours per week) -Yaxley, Peterborough

Here at Kisimul, we provide exceptional education and care for children, young people, and adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs, including behaviours of concern. Through our registered schools, college, and care homes, we support children up to the age of 19 with education and care, and offer residential care and supported living for adults aged 18 to 65

The Role

We're looking for a part time Night Practitioner to join our team at Yaxley, Peterborough



As a Night Practitioner you'll play a vital role in supporting children with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include;


Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.

Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.

Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.

Pay & Progression

We offer clear progression through our competency framework, helping you develop your skills and increase your pay as you grow; Level 1: 12.85 Level 2: 13.35 Level 3: 13.85

About You

Your Qualities:

A genuine passion for care and supporting others to reach their potential

Teamwork, resilience, and a proactive attitude

Confidence to ask for support and share ideas

Good communication and basic IT skills

Experience in care is welcome but not essential -- full training provided.
