Working with the production team in various departments the tasks may include:

Production: preparing mixes for the cooks ensuring all ingredients are ready for the cooking process to begin across our range of kettles, brat pans, chargrills & ovens. Packing, racking up and getting the products ready to chill within the desired specifications and packing the products to each of our customers requirements. Complete paperwork accurately, timely and ensure strict compliance to traceability where necessary. Carry out hygiene tasks as required to maintain a clean and safe working environment Guaranteeing that quality, environmental and Health and Safety standards are continuously met. Compliance with food safety rules and regulations.
Previous experience in manufacturing is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided including L2 Food Safety Certification & Manual Handling.

Our night production team work Sunday - Thursday from 22.00 - 06.00am
