Night Production Operator

Shift: 12 hour shifts on Nights

Salary: 15.23/hr

What you'll do:

Prepare product pots for extrusion in the filling area and carry out small-batch chemical processing in accordance with safety and quality procedures. Load and unload raw Rockwool batts and coated batts from the automated spray line, and pack spray-coated materials to required specifications. Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the areas in line with safety and quality procedures. Follow established procedures and guidelines under the supervision of the Lead Operator. Accurately record production/process data and support minimal downtime by monitoring process flow. Collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics, procurement, sales and EHS colleagues to help optimise workflow and maintain compliance.

What you'll bring:

Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment. Spray or Pneumatic Pump experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, good communication, and strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures accurately. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, with a strong emphasis on health and safety and compliance. Ability to work shift patterns.
