Duties & Responsibilities:

Booking trucks in and out creating rail lists for train arrivals / departures Communicating with Reach Stacker drivers on the terminal to ensure a seamless process Via radio, organise and direct traffic around the terminal General Administrative & Customer Service duties Assisting the team at busy times

We are looking for candidates to apply who have the following:

Experience of container terminal operations and planning Clear verbal and written communication skills High level of attention to detail Previous administrative experience Valid driving licence
