Cheval Gloucester Park are currently recruiting a Night Receptionist to join the front office team of our luxury serviced apartments.



At Cheval Gloucester Park, our Front Office department provides the highest level of service to our guests. As the first and last point of contact, we are responsible for creating lasting impressions regarding the services and facilities we offer.



As a Night Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. You will manage the check-in and check-out processes, assign apartments, and handle day-to-day account management. Your role will involve answering guest queries, addressing any concerns, and providing general information and assistance to ensure their stay is comfortable. Additionally, you will oversee the security and safety of the building, ensuring that all guests feel secure. You will handle enquiries and complaints with professionalism, collect payments, generate bills, and offer advice and information throughout their stay. Your ability to manage these responsibilities efficiently will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience at our luxury service apartments.
