What you'll do...
Assist Night managers with any help in the overall Hotel operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided
Manage the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby
Assists in the tracking and resolution of service issues
Be the point of contact for all guest related questions and challenges
Collaborate in night audit reports and system updates ready for the day team
What we are looking for...
1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a Hotel within the Marriott portfolio
Friendly, approachable, and with a positive attitude at all times
Passionate about offering personal and caring customer service that will make guests come back for you
Organised and proactive with a keen eye for detail
Growth mindset that continuously look for ways to improve our guests and colleagues experience
