The Giant Hospitality Group are seeking a professional and welcoming night time receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent guest services and ensuring smooth nightly operations. This will be a temporary contract (originally 8 weeks), with the opportunity to become a permenent position for the correct individual. Shifts will be 9.30pm - 7am, 4/5 nights a week. With an imediate start date before Christmas.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and guests with professionalism and courtesy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
Answer incoming calls promptly using excellent phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and maintaining reception area organisation
Assist with guest services, including providing information about facilities and local attractions
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area at all times
Support additional administrative duties as required by management
Experience
Previous experience in a hotel environment is a must
Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest services with a friendly demeanour
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
Familiarity with basic administrative procedures and office equipment, familiarity with Zonal and Aztec would be a bonus.
