Responsibilities
Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly check-in experience.
Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, striving for resolution to enhance satisfaction.
Maintain an organised front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, particularly within a hotel environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; bilingual candidates will have an advantage.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
