Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Night Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet and assist all guests, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating outstanding phone etiquette. Manage reservations and booking inquiries efficiently and accurately. Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and courteously. Resolve guest concerns or complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area at all times. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Experience & Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Night Receptionist in hotels or aparthotels is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong advantage. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficient in office software and front desk systems. Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to stay calm under pressure. Must reside within a 1-hour commute of W2. Must be able to work independently and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
