As Night Auditor, you'll be the guardian of the guest experience when the city sleeps. You'll balance the calm of the night with operational excellence -- ensuring that every detail, every process, and every guest interaction reflects the care and style Sea Containers is known for.
You'll be responsible for managing the overnight front office operation, reconciling daily transactions, and ensuring that all financial and operational reports are accurate and ready for the new day. Above all, you'll make sure every guest feels looked after -- from a warm welcome late at night to a seamless check-out at sunrise.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the night operation across Front Office, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery. Complete daily financial audits and prepare accurate reports for the management team. Handle late check-ins, early departures, and any guest queries with confidence and professionalism. Ensure safety, security, and guest satisfaction throughout the night shift. Work closely with the wider hotel team to maintain operational standards and brand excellence. Support with training and mentoring night team members, ensuring consistency and engagement.

Salary: 27,315 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
