We are seeking a reliable and responsible Night Receptionist to support front desk operations during overnight hours. This role focuses on completing night audit duties, preparing operational tasks for the following day, and providing guest assistance as required. The position requires a high level of independence, sound judgment, and the ability to follow established procedures while working with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Night Audit and Reporting
Complete nightly audits accurately, reconcile transactions, prepare required reports, and ensure all systems are balanced and ready for the next business day.
Operational Preparation
Prepare room keys, arrival documentation, and other front desk materials in advance to support a smooth handover to the day team.
Overnight Front Desk Operations
Manage reception duties during night hours, including late check-ins, early departures, and guest inquiries, in line with company procedures.
Guest Assistance
Provide professional and efficient support to guests, addressing requests and issues appropriately and escalating matters in accordance with internal guidelines when required.
Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate logs, update records, and complete all required paperwork to support daily operations.
Reception Standards
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Candidate Requirements
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail, particularly in relation to audits and reporting
Calm, practical approach to problem-solving
Quick learner with the ability to follow procedures accurately
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Previous experience in hospitality, night reception, or customer service is an advantage but not essential
