Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A background in hospitality or hotel experience is highly desirable.

Duties

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude Manage phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette while directing inquiries to the appropriate departments Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, providing information about hotel services and local attractions Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction Maintain an organised reception area, including managing bookings and reservations Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Provide multilingual support to cater to diverse clientele, enhancing guest services

Requirements

Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of guests Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to create positive interactions with guests and colleagues Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems for booking management and communication purposes A friendly disposition with a passion for providing outstanding guest services
