We're a busy 4-star hotel in the heart of Manchester, just minutes from Piccadilly Station, and we're looking for a Night Receptionist to support our guests and hotel operations during the night shift.

What You'll Do

Guest Services Reception

Greet and assist guests arriving late or departing early Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently Respond to guest enquiries with warmth and professionalism

Night Operations Security

Monitor hotel safety and security throughout the night Ensure all areas are secure and report any incidents promptly Support Operations by assisting with night audits and reporting

Administration Accuracy

Maintain accurate guest records and reservations Process payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks Communicate important information to the daytime team to ensure smooth handovers

The Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre is a 4 star 298 bedroomed Hotel located in the City Centre, less than a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Railway Station, with 12 event rooms that cater up to 150 people, along with two canal side terraces for outside events.
