Salary package:

16,630.38

plus service charge

Night Receptionist - Part time

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

To ensure that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalised assistance during the night hours of duty. Setting the scene for their stay and ensure that guest needs are anticipated and any requests are actioned. Additionally, complete tasks accurate and within given deadlines. Ensure the hotel remains safe throughout the night, while providing support to the hotel team, carrying out additional Maintenance, F&B and HSK roles. Deal with complaints quickly and efficiently and find suitable solutions to any problem that may arise, communicating issues immediately to Management.
What are we looking for?

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related activity Fluency in English Spanish knowledge desirable Knowledge of the Opera system


The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
