Winsford Grange Care Home is seeking a committed and compassionate
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our friendly team on night shifts. If you have a passion for providing high-quality care and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you.Your Role Will Include:
Delivering exceptional nursing care to residents throughout the night Administering medication and monitoring resident health Leading and supporting the night care team Maintaining clear and accurate documentation Ensuring a safe, calm, and comfortable environment
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN) Previous experience in elderly or dementia care desirable Strong clinical skills and a caring, empathetic nature
Right to work in the UK (
