An exceptional opportunity presents itself for a Night Residences Concierge to be part of an iconic London Opening.

Reporting into Residences Concierge manager you will be responsible for leading and supervising the overnight running of the residential concierge desk at The OWO Residences by Raffles.

Working with the Resident Relations Manager overseeing all aspects of concierge, and resident arrivals/departures and the residents\xe2\x80\x99 journey. The role involves the ability to pre-empt and deliver a luxurious and high-quality level of service to residences whilst managing delivery and service targets.

You will work in close contact with Security, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering and Spa departments to ensure a smooth and consistent service, surpassing the residents\xe2\x80\x99 expectations.

Specifically as the Night Residences Concierge:

  • Managing the resident experience during arrival/departure and when in the lobby areas during night hours.
  • Training, and managing all members of the resident concierge team.
  • Communication with staff, residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Building and developing good relationships including problem solving and complaint handling.
  • Managing time sensitive targets.
  • Working closely with other departments across the Hotel.
  • Additional responsibilities in absence of line manager or senior employee.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned including working in a different department or restaurant, than usually assigned.
What are we looking for?
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English, both verbal and written.
  • Recent experience within in luxury residential environments or 5-star hotels or a similar role.
  • Market knowledge of competitors and event industry trends.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering and offering the best service and experiences possible in any situation.
  • Proven track record of surprising and delighting guests to provide exceptional service.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • To be detail oriented.
