The Den provides holistic care for young people with learning disabilities who have complex health needs and/or challenging behaviours and has the potential to provide a home for two young people or to operate as a sole occupancy home.
We need highly motivated, resilient, and positive team members with humour, tenacity and empathy to help children and young people to flourish and reach their full potential. We are seeking experienced individuals who can lead shifts and to support and guide junior staff. We value your life experiences, energy, personal strength and positive mental attitude.
Our team work across the whole week (including weekends and bank holidays) and can include unsociable hours, night work, sleep ins. This post is predominately at nights however it does also involve day work to ensure opportunities for training, development and supervision.
