As a

Night Room Attendant

, you will ensure that guest rooms are immaculately cleaned, turned down and prepared for the evening. With care, attention to detail and Nobu's signature hospitality, you will provide the calm and comfort that help our guests feel at home overnight.

You will

Clean and prepare allocated guest rooms in a professional and timely manner Complete evening turndown service for hotel guests Perform a variety of housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing Record and communicate guest preferences to personalise future stays Maintain supplies, equipment and housekeeping areas to the highest standards Report any maintenance issues promptly and correctly Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests, day or night Support and help train new members of the housekeeping team Anticipate guest needs and deliver a crafted, personalised service Work collaboratively with colleagues across the hotel to ensure seamless service Uphold company and statutory standards to keep guests and colleagues safe Embody Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in every interaction 40 hours a week - 10.30pm - 7am - including weekends

You bring experience in housekeeping, ideally within a luxury hotel environment. Organised, proactive and detail oriented, you take pride in creating spaces of calm and comfort. With a positive attitude, flexibility to work night shifts, and a genuine smile, you ensure guests experience Nobu hospitality at every hour.
