We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role requires the ability to handle inquiries efficiently, resolve issues, and contribute positively to the customer experience. Duties

Respond to customer service with professionalism and courtesy. To ensure clear and positive communication with customers. Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products or services. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged). Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
