Experience & Skills of a Secure Childcare Worker:
Ability to demonstrate our core values:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards this)
Commitment to supporting vulnerable and traumatised young people
Strong understanding of child development, attachment, and the impact of trauma
Ability to manage challenging behaviour and respond effectively in crisis situations
Resilience, initiative, and a caring approach
Hours of work:
Contracts available Full time (38 hours) and part time (19.5 hours) roles available
