Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The role involves ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. The ideal candidate will have experience in CCTV monitoring, first aid, loss prevention, and surveillance techniques. Duties: - Conduct regular patrols of the premises to maintain order and establish a security presence - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms - Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances - Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences - Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner - Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergency situations Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role - Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques - First aid certification is desirable - Familiarity with security equipment such as access control devices is advantageous - Strong observational skills and attention to detail - Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations - Excellent communication skills If you are a proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to ensure the safety and security of our premises, we invite you to apply for this position.
