KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with service staff to ensure safety and service quality, following the Trust's Lone Worker Policy.
• Maintain a secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors, including monitoring fire systems and responding to incidents.
• Manage emergency procedures, including organising urgent repairs and implementing local emergency plans during major incidents.
• Inspect and report building issues, ensuring first aid and fire equipment are correctly placed and functional.
• Support incident de-escalation and actively safeguard the physical security of the hostel and surrounding premises.
