Job Description

We are looking for a Night Senior care assistant to join our team.

We are a 23 bed residential care home located in Barnsley. We have residents that suffer with dementia and all our residents are over the age of 65.

We are looking for a strong individual that can run a team independently to achieve high standards of care and cleanliness. Adhering to all policies and procedure's outlined by management. We are looking for an individual that can ensure that all of our residents needs are met to our high standard.

We will require you to have Level 2 medication administration. Level 2 NVQ in health and social care working towards your level 3,

You will be subject to an advanced DBS that will need to be paid for by yourself however we can help apply for this. Your first uniform will be provided. You can apply for a blue light discount card. Free parking on site.

Duties will include but are not limited to;

medication administration

team leadership

personal cares

care planning

general cleaning

attending training/meetings

time keeping

record keeping.

COS, need not apply we can not provide sponsorship

You must be legal to work in the UK and must be able to work 36 hours minimum

NVQ LEVEL 3 AND MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION LEVEL 2 IS ESSENTIAL.
