Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling inquiries and resolving issues. Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and preferences to enhance service delivery. Engage in upselling opportunities to maximise client satisfaction and company revenue. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and support organisational goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong data entry skills. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish and English, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. A proactive approach to upselling and enhancing customer experiences. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
