What We're Looking For
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
Knowledge of care home regulations and best practices (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support your team to deliver outstanding care.
Carry out thorough handovers to keep everyone informed.
Create a safe, caring, and welcoming environment for residents.
Review and update care plans to reflect residents' needs and wishes.
Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility support.
Ensure staffing levels are maintained and plan ahead for future needs.
