Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to elderly individuals in their daily activities. Your role will involve promoting independence, ensuring the well-being of residents, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Duties:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of residents' living areas
- Document residents' care activities and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Care Assistant or similar role in a senior care facility
- Knowledge of elderly care practices and principles
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Skills:
- Ability to provide personal care assistance with empathy and respect
- Proficient in administering medications according to prescribed instructions
- Knowledge of proper lifting techniques for safe mobility assistance
- Ability to communicate effectively with elderly individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong observational skills to monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns
