We are looking for a senior carer to join our growing team in a residential care home caring for people living with Dementia.

Our mission is to make Homestead feel like home from home for all of our residents and to provide a high standard of person centred care.

The position includes:

Day to day leading care shifts, allocating work accordingly to care assistants

Administration of medication

Formulating and updating care plans

Basic observations such as; blood pressure, temperature, pulse readings.

All aspects of personal care

Shifts are allocated on a rota basis. Shift times are 7pm - 7am.

Flexibility is essential for this role. The position is for night shifts only.

To apply for this position it will be required for you to hold or be working towards a level 3 qualification in health and social care and ideally hold a level 2 administration in medication qualification. Above all we want the candidate to have ambition to succeed. Career progression within the company is possible and is supported by the management team.

Pay: 13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
